About The Hoosier Mushroom Company
The Hoosier Mushroom Company was born out of our love of fleshy fungi. We are located in the heart of mushroom country in Indiana, where mushroom hunting is a longstanding tradition. Despite the popularity, there were no resources dedicated to mycology. Mushroom knives, baskets, and accessories were hard to find. Even less common was cultivation equipment. There were no local sources for spawn bags, pressure cookers, or a steady source of rye grain or canning jars. The Hoosier Mushroom Company has changed all of that by providing equipment, resources, and much more for the mycologist in all of us. We invite you to help the mushroom industry thrive – both in our state and in yours.
