Dried Mushrooms

All of the prices listed below are for 1.0 oz. packages, unless otherwise listed. The normal shelf life for dried mushrooms is around 10-12 months, if they are kept in an airtight container. Dried mushrooms are easy to store and are much more convenient than fresh mushrooms. In many cases dried mushrooms are indistinguishable from fresh in a recipe, and some varieties even improve with drying.
