Return Policy

All sales are final after 30 days.

All sales on pre-sterilized products including plug spawn, Home Harvesters, sawdust and grain spawn are final.  All sterilized products are guaranteed for up to 30 days after purchase.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items.

We offer a 10-day guarantee on almost everything we sell (exceptions noted). Items must be in the original condition and unused.  If you are dissatisfied with a purchase you have made from us, we offer your choice of: 

• Credit
• Exchange
• Replacement

 Please contact us before returning merchandise for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), within 10 days from receiving your purchase.  Please include your original receipt with your return and reason for return. Sorry, but returns sent without an RA# will be returned, unopened, to you.

A $25 dollar service fee will be assessed for all return checks. Please contact manufacturer directly for all warranties.
